Employees from Harman, one of the leading organizations in the technology industry, continue their commitment to helping those in need by taking part in the charity Poland Business Run. This event is organized by the foundation of the same name and aims to support people with physical disabilities and after mastectomy.
The Poland Business Run, with over 10 years of history, attracts the attention of thousands of people who are not indifferent to the harm of others. Even the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020 did not stop the participants who, thanks to the introduction of the virtual run formula, joined the initiative from different parts of the world, covering an individually planned 4 km route.
In this year's edition of the race, a team of Harman employees, HARMAN RUNNERS, decided to take part remotely. The team's total time was 1 hour, 55 minutes and 31 seconds, which placed them in an impressive 904th position out of 4,337 teams entered.
Thanks to committed employees, the organization made a contribution and helped raise funds that will be used to purchase new wheelchairs, prostheses and rehabilitation for the beneficiaries. This is proof of how much can be achieved by acting together in the spirit of solidarity.
