On the first day at Łódź University of Technology we hosted students and high school students who took part in presentations and workshops , lectures whose main topic this year was artificial intelligence
The opening lecture on the consequences of the AI revolution in the creative industry was led by Maciej 'sawik' Sawicki, who showed how on his laptop, using the power of AI tools for PLN 2 a day, in less than half an hour, create the foundations of a world that can be used in any video game
Participants could also see demonstrations of student science clubs: KINo Information Anxiety Circle and UbiComp Research Group
The ICT Łódź Cluster also awarded scholarships for PLN 5,000 each to the winners of the Student Łódź Programmer of the Year competition. ł for students of the Lodz University of Technology, the University of Lodz and the Social Academy of Sciences.
On the second day at the University of Lodz, students, high school students and IT enthusiasts received another dose of up-to-date knowledge in the area of AI, programming and cloud technologies.
The opening lecture showing the real challenges humanity faces in the face of the AI revolution was delivered by Mariusz Czepiec from Publicis Groupe.
On the third day, the next round of workshops for junior groups from all over the voivodeship took place at the Lodz University of Technology.
For two days, ŁDI participants could also visit the stands of cluster participants during the job fair: Commerzbank – Centrum Technologii Cyfrowych w Polsce Hitachi Energy Rossmann Polska ABB Ericsson Sollers Consulting. In addition to offers of internships, apprenticeships and jobs, the stands also featured gadgets, competitions and good fun
